When Ty and Clinton began working together, neither of them knew how both of their businesses would grow and flourish alongside one another.
The first project is completed. What started as cold storage evolved into a heated shop with additional storage and office space. This now serves as the headquarters for the entire business operation.
When Drago Indiana needed more storage, they added a second cold storage building to allow for seed storage as well as additional parts storage.
The third building onsite, open on 2 of 4 walls, will serve as open storage for equipment that will be staying onsite for mechanical work or upgraded tools.
"When Clinton and I met over 10 years ago, I really didn't know anyone else that did what he does. As he began to show me the types of buildings he could offer, I came to understand what I really wanted. What started out as a shop that was going to be primarily cold storage became a heated shop with offices in just 12 months time.
Clinton has helped me understand the value of site planning and how it will affect the success of my business long-term. I have the vision of what can come next with his help - and no dream is too big!"
Drago Indiana is a short-line agriculture equipment dealership, specializing in Drago corn heads, Horsch equipment, and HoneyBee Draper heads. In addition to these large lines of equipment, they offer Topcon, Martin, Prescription Tillage Technologies, 360 Yield Center, Precision Planting, and Copperhead Ag products. With one headquartered location in central Indiana and the ability to provide on site service for our customers, we are everywhere you need us to be.
A video describing their partnership
Long before Ty knew what his site would need, Clinton was already thinking to the future for where the business might need to grow. With this in mind, Ty has always had the space needed for wide turning radius equipment, storage, and farm operations.
With the skills and ability to provide a wide array of options and upgrades, Clinton took Ty's desires for an eye-appealing aesthetic by utilizing upgraded wainscoting and gutter systems, among other upgrades such as roofing and materials.
Just like Clinton, Ty has many employees that make the efficiency of his operation possible. By keeping costs inside of the predicted budget, Ty can always rely on the project coming in on time and on budget with little to no surprises.
With the strength of NUCOR steel backing each of Ty's buildings, he can easily scale by adding onto the existing structures. He can also trust that these sturdy buildings will stand up against the harshest of elements in the upredictable Midwest weather.
All things are possible through Christ.
