The Shoups girls were facing what felt like an impossible project, and just when that moment hit, Clinton walked through the door and revolutionized their dreams to reality.
Shoup's was in desperate need of a customer-facing update with their storefront, grilling area, and overall aesthetic facing the highway. CA Taylor was tasked with incorporating the existing structure and making a seamless appearance between the three buildings and their uses.
Shoup's had already invested in a large kitchen remodel just a couple of years prior to the major renovation, so CA Taylor worked alongside to incorporate this existing investment into their updated project outline. In addition, they desired a more robust office space to bring everyone into one site instead of working remotely from the warehouse and kitchen.
With a growing catering business and need for their signature line of products to be more readily available, Shoup's worked with Clinton to develop a warehouse as well as catering loading zone specifically dedicated to their multiple revenue channels. In addition, a floral area and packing area for catering events was created with the additional usable space.
"When we met Clinton, we were overwhelmed by the amount of work we felt needed to be done to get our space up to what it needed to be for our future. We had already spent a lot of time and energy working with another builder and had been left empty handed. In addition, we felt the costs were simply going to be insurmountable for us to continue with what we wanted. We feel so blessed that we crossed paths with Clinton and brought him on for this project. Not only did he envision what we wanted and worked with us to make every inch of our space usable and efficient but he also counseled us wisely and even fought for things we did not believe were necessary at the time. His honesty and integrity drew us close as friends and business associates, leading us to believe there is no one better in the business. We hope to expand again soon, and he will be our first call."

With continued operations necessary throughout the entire renovation, Clinton brainstormed a way to not only accommodate the needed schedule for services but to also allow for continued traffic flow for customers to the country store, caterers in and out of the facility, and the kitchen for food prep.
The warmth and welcoming nature of the office space for Shoup's required a level of design that Clinton gladly accommodated. Whether it was custom-fabricated barn doors or conference tables and spaces, Clinton and his crew put their immense skills to work with a variety of on-the-job projects to make dreams a reality.
Using the efficiency and long-term planning needed, Clinton contracted a NUCOR steel building as the main warehouse space. This scaleable space allows the Shoup's to continue to grow for years to come.
This project was a launching point in Clinton's career, allowing him to truly bring all of his immense skill into one project. With the trust and partnership the Shoups provided to him and his ability to deliver countless project updates and needs, the Shoups and CA Taylor count each other as "forever friends" and business partners.
